Los Gemelosde Cayey.
Omar and José Colón, twin brothers, were born and raised in the fields of the beautiful Island of Enchantment. From a young age, they were taught about the various products and authentic flavors of the land.
Following their father's vision, they opened their first restaurant in the beautiful town of Cayey, Puerto Rico, celebrating the authentic flavor of their grandparents' recipes.
After Hurricane María in 2017, both decided to seek new horizons and brought the genuine essence of Puerto Rico's culinary art to Miami, Florida. In 2018, they arrived in the heart of Little Havana and the iconic Calle Ocho.
